Dedication

This site is dedicated to...

my own children because it was they who taught me the most about humanity... and made me realise the very real possibility of all people being aware of the 'humanness' of all other people...

the children of the world because they are the future of humanity and the hope for world peace.

the parents of the world because they take their children seriously, respecting their feelings and their opinions as well as their needs for growth in freedom...

the teachers of the world because they take all chidren seriously and believe in the human potential of each and every child...

the leaders of the world because they respect the right of all children to an education based on the knowledge that each human being has the potential for respecting the humanity of every other human being. Humane education is responsible education because it offers opportunities for personal growth through meaningful creativity and productiveness or 'work'...
